Once payment is made, the confirmation notice may also be sent to you via email as well as a notification through the Mobile App.
Customer can choose to apply for refund through the application and website as per terms and conditions of the merchant. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
A Foloosi customer can apply for refunds within 7days of a transaction made and will be subject to approval from Foloosi. The refund may be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer or credited into the customer’s Foloosi account. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Please be aware that there is a No Refund and No Cancellation policy beyond the 7 days of initiating the payment.
