In the Foloosi Merchant Panel, setting up a subscription is designed to be simple, flexible, and merchant-friendly. Whether you are offering digital services, memberships, or recurring product plans, the platform allows you to create and manage subscription plans in just a few steps. With an easy-to-use interface and secure payment handling, merchants can focus more on growth while the system takes care of recurring billing in the background.
Start by opening the Foloosi Merchant Panel and signing in using your registered merchant credentials. Once logged in, you will be directed to your dashboard where all subscription tools are available.
From the dashboard menu, navigate to Subscription Management. Click on the dropdown and select Plans.
Now click on Create New Plan to set up your subscription package.
Enter the required information carefully:
1: Plan Name
Merchants must create a unique name for the subscription plan. This name helps easily identify and manage the plan when assigning it to customers.
2: Plan Description
Add a clear description of the plan, including its benefits, terms and conditions, and any other important details that explain what the customer will receive.
3: Billing Frequency
Choose how often the customer will be charged. The available options include Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly, depending on the subscription structure.
4: Billing Currency
The merchant can select the currency in which the subscription amount will be charged (based on the supported country currencies).
5: Billing Amount
Set the amount that the customer will be charged for each billing cycle based on the selected frequency.
Make sure all details are accurate, as they define how your customers will be charged.
Click on Create Plan. Once created, your active plan will be visible on the dashboard and ready for use in subscriptions.
Now return to Subscription Management and click on the dropdown. Select Subscription.
Click on Create New Subscription to begin linking a customer to your plan.
Choose the subscription plan that was previously created in the merchant panel. The merchant can select the plan based on the preferred billing cycle such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly. The selected plan determines how often the customer will be charged automatically.
Enter the quantity if the subscription is based on multiple units, services, or products. This option can be used when customers need more than one subscription item under the same plan.
An initial payment that will be charged to the customer during the first billing cycle or tenure.
Choose the date on which the subscription should begin. The customer will receive the payment request and the subscription billing process will start on the selected date.
For example:
If the plan is Monthly and the total count is 6, the customer will make payments for 6 months.
The merchant can either define the total number of billing cycles or enable Immediate Start.
Enter customer information:
Review all entered details carefully. Once confirmed, click Submit to create the subscription.
Your subscription plan is now active. It will automatically appear in your dashboard, and you can copy and share the subscription link with your customers instantly.
